The Yoga offerings at the dhyana Center are diverse to meet each student where they are in their practice. Whether you're a skilled yogi or just beginning your practice, these weekly classes provide a community of peers and experienced instructors to support and guide you.

Yoga Ceremony - with Tirza Dawn
Monday 9:15-10:45am - This class is a journey, guiding practitioners into meditation, breathwork, and postures that help to relax and strengthen the mind and body. Many styles of yoga are utilized here, including the balance of Iyengar structural alignment with the flow of Tri Yoga. Local musicians and sound healers are often featured, making this a unique yoga experience where all levels are welcome and encouraged.
Yoga for trauma relief - with siri gobind
Monday 6:30 - 7:45 pm - This class is a practice that supports re-regulating the sympathetic nervous system, strengthening the body, and soothing the soul. In addition to pranayama (breath work) and asana (postures for stretching and strengthening), these classes can include acupressure, chanting, and guided meditations for deep relaxation. These practices will support you in your healing process while enhancing your overall well-being, vitality, and sense of peace.
These classes are FREE for those who lost their homes, businesses, loved one, or pet in the fires of Fall 2017. Other individuals and community members who would benefit and wish to participate, may attend this class by donation.
Double Happiness Morning Naam - with Akiva Satnarayan
Tuesday 9:15-10:45am - Expanding your vitality and mindfulness with Naam Yoga, creating Full body and soul opening, through breath, movement and sound harnessing clarity and balance, completing with a meditative flow and a sense of inner peace (Open to all levels).

Shakti NaAm - with Akiva Satnarayan
Wednesday 6:15-7:45pm - The yoga of removing obstacles, clearing karmic imprints, infusing vitality and youthfulness. In this class You will re set your physical, emotional and spiritual system to a vital state, with movement, breath work and sound, folding into a place of calmness and aliveness you have not experienced for ages.
Rejuvenative Kundalini yoga - with iris Hoffman
Thursday 9:15-10:45am - Incorporating sound, mantra, movement, breath work and meditation, Iris offers an expansive, dynamic and nourishing Kundalini Yoga (KY) class, as originally taught by Yogi Bhajan. A technology gifted to us to stay grounded and graceful in the most ungraceful times. KY and Meditation is available as a tool to raise and elevate ourselves during challenges posed in this Age of Aquarius. In KY, we initiate ourselves. Let’s elevate ourselves, and all others around, through expanded grace, and blessed radiance.

Friday 9:15-10:45am - All levels Vinyasa flow class that mixes in elements of Tai Chi and Meditation set to a variety of uplifting modern hip-hop, electronic, singer-songwriter and devotional music.
Morning Magic Naam - with Akiva Satnarayan
Saturday 9:15-10:45am - This magical yoga practice in the tradition of of Sukshma Vyayama – or the yoga of positive projection through “the word” provides diffusion of old beliefs and wounds, increase vitality levels and rejuvenate one’s mental physical and emotional body. It is transformation itself of healing, renewal and clarity of purpose.
Yoga church - with Chrys Johnson

Sunday 9:15-10:45am - Join us on Sunday mornings for a strengthening and heart opening hatha yoga practice with Chrys Johnson. Leave feeling more expansive, compassionate, and connected to spirit. This practice brings focus to yoga principles of alignment, breath awareness and chanting with the harmonium. Modifications will be offered to make poses approachable for a student at any level.
