Roots: Instructor Oanh T. is a 200-hour Certified Ayurvedic Yoga Instructor, bringing an emphasis on alignment-based asana, linking breath and movement in a restorative way. Oanh’s background is in holistic nutrition, she is an aerial artist, and she integrates health with yoga and movement.
Heart: Come join Oanh in our collective healing during this one hour rejuvenating, alignment-based restorative yoga class every Wednesday at the dhyana Center from 12pm to 1pm. In this class, you will learn self-soothing techniques that will empower you to move through the inner and outer landscapes of our world with a greater sense of relaxation and connection. This class is an all-levels class, and especially beneficial for those feeling nervous about entering a yoga space or those who need support in self-calming techniques.
