Tracking Your Inner Landscape
In this series, you will learn practices to connect with your emotional body, release constrictions, and heal unattended parts of yourself.
There are events that happen in our lives that emotionally disrupt our health. When you are stressed, anxious, or upset, your body reacts in a way that might tell you that something isn’t right. These unattended emotions can move deeper into the body, cause illness and keep you from living to your fullest potential.
According to Ayurveda, the emotional body can be cleansed the same way we purify the physical body. Through the act of allowing the passages through which our emotions flow to be tended allow the constricted energy to circulate.
Each week of the series you will be introduced to a new practice to track our emotional body to these passages, release constricted emotions and bring your inner landscape to a restored place of health and balance. You will both offer and receive in a supportive and collaborative setting.

This program provides 20 ½ hour toward an Ayurvedic Counselor Certification to become an Ayurvedic counselor or practitioner. (This includes course time and two hours homework each week.)
Week 1 – Mapping the Inner Elements – We will explore how the elements Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space are held in the body. The elements are building blocks of all existence. To know them within your own being reveals much about your own health. A meditation will lead you to each element, to discover where there is aligned and where more balance is needed.
Week 2 – Journey to Radiance – Introduction to a tracking process that will lead you through your emotional body to constricted areas and lead you into deeper levels. In this place of curiosity, you will come to an edge which will bring you into relationship with your own radiance.
Week 3 – Opening doors to Freedom – We will journey back and free aspects of ourselves that have been held stuck or frozen in the past. In a retrieval process, we will return to this younger you and open doors which will allow you to come back into the fullness of life.
Week 4 – Tending our Obstacles – A gestalt process to find your inner obstacles and transform them into supportive guides. We again will track into our inner landscapes and have an embodied dialog with an encumbered aspect of yourself discovering what is needed to transform it into a supportive guiding energy.
Week 5 – Journey to Forgiveness – A guided technique that allows you to matter of fact look what happened in your life without triggering the events. Discovering how it affected you and those around you. From this place, you can apologize and forgive on a cellular level which release and clear old emotions.
