About Hari Darshan Kaur
Music is the rhythm that opens the space for joy to enter us. I offer sound as medicine as a way to get in touch with the inner currents of our human beingness. Connecting our voices connects our hearts, in that connection our minds become vast and free. I currently co-teach a weekly Restorative Sound class and workshops with Bree Watson, as well as practices Ayurveda at the dhyana Center in Sebastopol, CA.
About Bree Watson
With twisted redwood curls, a hummingbird spirit, and a musically rhythmic heart song, Bree comes to offer Restorative Sound Healing classes and workshops with the lovely Hari Darshan. Sharing the healing sounds of instruments and hands on work with the earth brings her deep joy. Influenced by the directions, elements, and worldly musicians and healers, she has created a unique sound in which you will never forget.
