Yoga for Trauma Relief is a practice that supports re-regulating the sympathetic nervous system, strengthening the body, and soothing the soul. In addition to pranayam (breath work) and asana (postures for stretching and strengthening), these classes can include acupressure, chanting, and guided meditations for deep relaxation. These practices will support you in your healing process while enhancing your overall well-being, vitality, and sense of peace.
These classes are FREE for those who lost their homes, businesses, loved one, or pet in the fires of Fall 2017.
Other individuals and community members who would benefit and wish to participate, may attend this class by donation.
