Intro to Oracular Dream Exploration

Dream Temples are sacred circles for sharing and exploring dreams in community. Learn more about this process at this free introduction class.
In Dream Temple circles, the circle is opened with a meditation, calling in guides, allies, and wisdom counsels. Participants bring a dream to share, and depending on the size of our circle, we share titles or full dreams, then explore  a single dream or several together. Jennifer will present different ways of engaging with and dreaming into the dreams. No prior experience necessary. All are welcome.

Originally conceived in Northern India more than 20,000 years ago, Ayurveda is widely practiced throughout the world to this day as the alchemy of good health.

The class will introduce the concept of the Doshas – Vata, Pitta, Kapha – and the qualities they represent as well as the logic behind the Elemental Philosophy: Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth.

Learn how to recognize the way the conditions of hot, cold, wet, and dry affect your body and how symptoms and emotions influence your body’s ability to maintain a healthy balance.
